The Basic Economy Concepts ..

Today's i've attended tutorial class for accounting and economy and i've learnt few thing about accounting and economy.

I want to write bout economy.

There are several question that the lecturer (Mdm. Haslinda) asked the class. At the very first moment she keep asking to make the student think.

So, we've give the answer and then, she give the lecture and tell the exact answer.

The questions like

What is economy?
Why do we need economy?
Is studying economy is important?

Well, i just want to express what i've understand and what i learnt today.

What i get is, economy is a study of how man use the scarce resources to satisfy the unlimited wants.

In simpler word, it is about how people make choices with the unlimited wants with limited resources.

Then, we have 4 categories in economic which are the factor of production.

1. Land
~ non-human resource ~
Let say, we want to have a business and we need land. We own a land and we run a company on our own land. The business and the land is two different thing. Company needs to pay the rent to us as the land is ours not company. Therefore, that's also we usually call as separate entity just like in accounting.

2. Labour
~human resource = manpower
We need to pay the labour. As people work to be paid. Nothing is free in this world.

3. Capital
It's hard to run a business with no capital. There must at least have capital to run somehting..This also what i've learn in commerce.

4.Entrepreneurship
A person that think for the long-term and do something for society by combining all the factor production.

Then i learn bout the basic problems in economy.
This part is quite interesting. As in the class, when the lecturer give the lecture, i've got something that similar to my situation.

Ok, let's look at the very basic of economic's problem. Some of the question that interestion for me. It makes me think deeper. I love the concept and i want to use it as a part to find the answer for my situation.

1. What to be produced?
2. How to produced?
3. How many people want/ use it?
4. For whom to produce?
5. Who want to use it?

That's usually the the question.

The think is, Madam Haslinda also have asked us,
why you are in USIM?
What is your objective in USIM?

Instead of that..i just ignore it as i knew, i'm know longer here. So, i just think for myself in other place.

What is interesting is, i am interested to the question..It suite to think for my life that i choose n will go through..Although from the economy class, i love the basic concept..such as:

What can I produce?
What is my target market?
Who i want to sell my product?
Who want to buy my product?

Suddenly, i like i'm asking myself.

What can I produce for my ummah?
What can I do for Islam?

What is my
target market for dakwah?
How can I achieve the target?

Who need me?
Why ummah need me?

Who need the Islam as the way of life?
How
can the Islam's principle to be uphold?

All these pop in my mind and I think, it's really a matter to think about..

The answer is, YOU ASK YOURSELF. IS our duty have settled with just what we've amal. Amal just for ourself?
Yes, amal is for our own good.
But how bout others?
HOw bout the others that maybe still didnt' know how to amal or maybe lack of ilmu or maybe have been influenced with the environmnet?
Who will continue the job of dakwah if we keep try to RUN from the duty of RUN to see those people?

We hate their action, but do we love them as our brothers n sisters in ISlam?
How to show our love?
It is by gratitude.
IT is by dakwah.
It is by good manners.


I think that's all for now. The answer is infinite.
